Out Takes from October HOA Meeting

A draft policy for Assessments and Collections and a schedule of fees were presented at the October HOA Meeting. The Corporate Transparency Act requires that a list of all fees are made available to property owners. These documents will be reviewed again in the November HOA Meeting.
