Welcome to Lazy River Subdivision, a small subdivision off Texas Interstate 10 by the Brazos River. The subdivision is managed by an HOA consisting of volunteers who are property owners. HOA meetings are held the third Monday of each month at the community office at 7:00 pm CST.
In the event of an emergency, please call 911. The Austin County Sheriff’s Department is available for non-emergencies.
