Hello Lazy River Residents,
The pool has closed for the 2025 Swim Season. We hoped everyone enjoyed the facility.
Now, it is time to return the assigned pool keys and receive your $25.00 pool key deposit refund. There are a few options to receive the key deposit refund.
Owners – Can choose to have the deposit added as a credit on your 2026 Assessment Fees or receive the $25.00 deposit refund via Zelle or Check. Choosing the credit option will reduce the amount owed on your 2026 Assessment fee by $25.00 and will be shown as a credit on your invoice.
Renters – Will receive a refund for the $25.00 deposit refund via Zelle or Check.
How to Return the Pool Key and Receive Deposit Refund:
Return the pool key in an envelope with a note stating your selected payment option to receive the $25.00 refund in the drop slot at the pool or in the mailbox on the road by the pool (3831 Lazy River Drive).
How to receive $25.00 Deposit Refund:
** Add your selected option in a note and pool key in an envelope to let us know how you would like your pool key deposit returned to you.
Option 1: Apply to 2026 Assessment Fee.
Option 2: Receive a refund via Zelle. Must include the phone number or email for your Zelle account.
Option 3: Receive refund via Check. Must include check mailing address on the envelope.
When will you receive the Refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the pool key and selected payment option.
