Assessment Increase Vote Results

The vote to Increase Assessments by $25.00 per Lot was held on October 6th, 2:00 pm at the Lazy River Community Club House. A total of 122.5 Lot Votes were received. The Governing Documents state at least 200 Lot Votes must be received to make the vote meet quorum requirements. Once the quorum requirements are met, then we can count the number of Yes and No votes to determine the vote outcome.
