2026 Assessment Fees

2026 Annual Assessment Fees are due by January 31, 2026. Invoices were sent out in Mid-December. The Assessment Fee is $50.00 per lot owned. Fees can be paid via Zelle to 979-398-1395, check, or money order. Payments can be placed in the mail slot at the Community Club House and Pool area or mailed to 3831 Lazy River Drive, Sealy, TX 77474. A $5.00 late fee and $1.00 billing change will be added to any unpaid 2026 Assessment Fees starting February 15, 2026.
