The Board voted at the 3/31/2025 meeting to close the vote to increase annual assessment fees by $25.00 per lot. The vote required 200 lot votes to pass. The Board received 140 lot votes.
The Board will assess how to move forward to meet operational requirements. More details will be presented at the monthly Board meeting in May.
